How are custom products shipped?
We currently ship most custom product orders by sea. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us in advance so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Can we customize products?
Yes. We support customization for logos, packaging, specification labels and other project requirements.
Can I request free samples?
If you need samples for quality inspection, a sample fee is required. After the bulk order is confirmed, the sample fee will be refunded to you.
Can I visit your factory? Where is your factory located?
Yes. Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China, and you are welcome to visit us.
Are your prices competitive?
We cannot guarantee the lowest price, but as an OEM/ODM manufacturer with integrated manufacturing support, we coordinate product development, production, quality checks and packaging to provide cost-effective products with reliable quality.
Do you have your own retail brand?
No. Keku focuses only on OEM and ODM business. We do not want to compete with our customers in the retail market.
Do your products have the certifications required for my market?
