Lightweight passive
Approx. 170-205g lightweight build
NRR / SNR report tied to selected SKU
Distributor sample kits, hardware retail and basic PPE programs
Industrial PPE sourcing
Build a private-label earmuff line for PPE, tool, landscaping, agriculture, MRO and workshop channels with the right passive, Bluetooth, radio or communication type.

Industrial buyers usually need a clear function and market requirement before comparing samples. This page keeps product selection, report checks and private-label details in one quote flow.
Type selection
Use the type table to decide what Keku should quote first. Each product type can move into color, logo, cushion, headband and packaging review after the earmuff direction is clear.

Do not approve packaging from a generic noise-reduction promise. The sample file should identify the actual product type, report basis, market requirement and test status before bulk production.
Check NRR, SNR, H / M / L and frequency attenuation against the exact SKU. US buyers usually ask for NRR; EU PPE channels usually review EN 352 / CE file support.
Do not reuse a generic family report across shell or cushion changes. Confirm the type-specific SNR range, report date and packaging wording before approval.
Wireless function does not create a safety rating. Pair attenuation data with FCC, battery or wireless files where the target market requires them.
Confirm attenuation report plus microphone, cable, push-to-talk or call-function testing so the product fits team communication use cases.
After the product type is selected, Keku can review appearance, comfort, function and packaging details against the intended market. The goal is a product line that sales teams can explain clearly.

Industrial hearing RFQ
For a useful quote, include the target channel, earmuff type, expected quantity, attenuation report need, function requirement, private-label scope and sample timing.
Keku will use the earmuff type and market details to recommend a practical sampling plan.
You can also email the hearing protection brief to sales5@kekusz.cn.
They can both be discussed, but they should not be mixed as the same rating. The buyer should confirm the exact report basis and frequency table for the selected product.
The RFQ can include logo, color, ear cushion, headband, retail box, manual, barcode and carton requirements. Compliance wording should be reviewed before packaging approval.
Passive foldable earmuffs fit basic PPE and hardware channels. Bluetooth, radio and communication headsets fit outdoor work, landscaping, maintenance and team communication use cases.
